warm temperature great architecture efficient staff excellent service
i found the staff cute and efficient. the hotel maintains a comfortably warm temperature, which i appreciated. the building's architecture is beautiful. i thought service in the restaurant was great.
i noticed the toilet in my room had somewhat low flushing power, but it wasn't a major issue.

the building has a unique architecture. its location is very convenient. i enjoyed the breakfast selection, with many options available. the staff was generally friendly and helpful..
the room felt quite cold. i found out the temperature is centrally controlled. there was also a charge of £20 per night for parking. this felt outrageous .

the staff was friendly and breakfast had tasty options.
the noise insulation was nonexistent, so i heard every footstep from the room above. it started at 4 am and continued at 7 am. the room was too dark because it lacked a central light. the towel warmer in the bathroom wasn't working either.

the building is historic, it is in a great location.

The location was excellent! It provided easy access to the city center. The staff members were friendly and efficient. The breakfast offered fresh options. I particularly enjoyed the unique architectural style of the building.
The room lighting was slightly dim, making it a bit difficult to read in the evenings.
